Cancellation, Postponement and Transfer of Registration

If you need to cancel, postpone, or transfer your registration for an Infogine Conferences event, please follow the guidelines below:

Cancellation Policy

  • If Infogine Conferences cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a 100% credit of the registration fee paid.
  • This credit can be applied to any other Infogine Conferences event within one year from the date of cancellation.

Postponement

  • If an event is postponed and you are unable to attend on the rescheduled dates, you will receive a 100% credit of the registration fee paid.
  • This credit can be used for another Infogine Conferences event within one year from the date of postponement.

Transfer of Registration

  • Fully paid registrations may be transferred to another participant from the same organization if the original registrant cannot attend.
  • Please email contact@infogineconferences.net with the replacement participant’s full name, title, phone number, and email address.
  • All registration details will be assigned to the new participant unless otherwise specified.
  • Registrations may also be transferred to a different Infogine Conferences event if the registrant cannot attend the original one.
  • Transfers are not permitted within 14 days of the scheduled conference.
  • Transferred registrations are not eligible for refunds.

Visa Information

  • We recommend applying for a Business Visa as early as possible due to enhanced security measures.
  • Infogine Conferences will not contact embassies or consulates on your behalf.
  • Visa issues, including application failures, are not covered under our cancellation policy.

Refund Policy

If you cannot attend and cannot transfer your registration, the following refund rules apply:

  • More than 60 days before the conference: Full refund minus a $100 service fee.
  • Within 60–30 days before the conference: 50% refund of the registration fee
  • Within 30 days before the conference: No refund.
  • E Poster payments are non refundable.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

  • Hotels have their own cancellation policies, typically applying when cancellations are made less than 30 days before arrival.
  • Please contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change your accommodation booking.
  • We will inform you of your accommodation provider’s cancellation policy, including any non refundable deposits.
