If Infogine Conferences cancels or postpones an event, you will receive a 100% credit valid for one year. If you cancel, refunds depend on the timing of your request (please see our Terms & Conditions page for full details). Registrations can be transferred to another participant or another conference, subject to conditions.

Yes, we assist participants with accommodation through partner hotels. Each hotel has its own cancellation policy, which will be shared with you at the time of booking.

We recommend applying for a Business Visa well in advance. Infogine Conferences does not liaise with embassies or consulates on behalf of participants. Visa issues, including application failures, are not covered under our cancellation policy.
